History: Jack Lupo isn't exactly having the best relationship with his wife Virginia, so the two decide to get some fresh air in the forests of Topanga Canyon, California. Unfortunately, said forests houses a werewolf that inevitably bites Jack, causing him to become a carnivorous man of high temper during the day, and a ravenous burly wolfman by night. Only a partially-transformed werewolf and her wits can get Virginia out of this one.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: Jack is ultimately brought down when he's trapped in a silver car, which is pretty much like a furnace to him. Then the werewolf who started this mess, whose name is literally John Carradine (?!?), arrives, but is killed with silver too.

Powers/Abilities: The bite causes people to have the curse.

Weakness: Exposure to silver is like touching fire to them.

Scariness Factor: 2.5-From a distance, this wolf monster does indeed look like a sasquatch-esque creature of the night capable of tearing you to shreds. Then you take a closer look and find that the mask looks a bit on the plastic side of things. Also, their weakness to silver is taken to the logical extreme. Picking up a nickel is like touching a hot coal for these guys.

Trivia: -The Lupos were actually played by a married couple. In this case, Casper Van Dien and Jennifer Wenger. They got hitched five months before this film's released.

-This film was directed by Kevin VanHook, who is still getting work as more of a visual effects guy, as he's been doing for quite a long time.
